For other readers and management, here’s my experience with JTS Jeep Chrysler in Lexington. After breaking down on I-26 with my two young kids and my wife, I was very anxious. The heavy traffic, being far from home, and not knowing why the car broke down all added to it. I contacted local dealerships for towing and began working with Jesse, a service advisor at JTS Columbia, who was incredibly supportive and even gave me his personal number so I could reach him directly, rather than going through the dealership operators, given the situation. Unfortunately, the tow brought us to Lexington, which I later realized was a different but related location. I was set up with another advisor where I was a bit uneasy. I was already pretty anxious, having been on the side of the highway for hours with two kids, my wife, and not knowing the area. However, Steven, the lead technician, gave us options and got the car functional enough for me to make it back to Florida, where it’s now at the dealership and will have warranty repairs for two to four weeks. I’m grateful to Steven and Jesse for ensuring my family got home safely.

After leaving my car at the airport for two weeks I returned at midnight to discover both batteries were totally dead. I got an Uber home snd called Jennifer, my service rep. She arranged a two and got my car back to me first thing the next day. She went out if her way to get my car back to me as quickly as possible.

Joe and Ricki were absolutely magnificent! I really appreciate the time, patience, and care they gave me throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress free. I 100% recommend going to see them if you’re looking for a car. Thank you both so much for helping me get my new car, I absolutely love it!

Once again had to take my jeep in to Jt's Jeep and once again I got great service from them.. This was due to my favorite service advisor Jennifer she is the BEST!!. She took care of everything and kept me informed on the progress and when my vehicle would be ready. I cannot say enough good things about her and also the girls in the office are great too.

JTs was very professional and kept me updated on the progress of servicing my truck. They did not rotate my tires like they said they would. Did not charge me for it. Had a road trip the next day but no problem I'll do it myself when I get back home!

I took our 2025 Dodge Durango in for oil change, tire rotation and door handle replacement. I’ve been very pleased every time with the professional caring people.

The service writer is super nice, the waiting area has free coffee and snacks plus the prices are reasonable. What more could you ask for.
