I had an absolutely outstanding experience, and I can confidently say it was one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, everything felt smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Jennifer and Antwan, the service advisors, were exceptional. They were both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. It’s rare to find people who balance professionalism with such a friendly and approachable attitude, but they absolutely nailed it. What truly elevated the experience, though, was Shauna, the customer service manager. Her leadership and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the customers. That level of commitment makes a huge difference.Overall, the entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and actually enjoyable—which is not something you can say often. Huge thanks to Jennifer, Antwan, and Shauna for setting such a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place! And they had GOOD snacks!
