My experience with JT's service department was nothing short of Perfect! A huge part of that was because of Ms Belle Davis! She took care of me every step of the way. She handled everything with my best interest in mind. She stayed in constant communication with me. I never had to wonder what was going on, if i was gonna hear from someone, or what was the next step. Even after my service was completed she called to make sure everything is running good...and no issues! Thats what i call EXCELLENT customer service!! Thank you Belle Davis you did a phenomenal job taking care of me!! JT's you have a treasure working in your service dept!

I had a last minute trip come up that was going to require me to drive a few thousand miles and I was coming up due for an oil change. I called and Jennifer in service was able to squeeze me in last minute. Service has always been fantastic but they really came through for me with this.

Had a great experience at JT's thanks to our salesman Ricki Moore and the team. We started off trading in my husband's 2500 for a new 3500. The new truck had some mechanical issues and they were fast to tow it in and assured us it would be fixed. After talking it over we decided we to go another route. Most dealers at this point would have made us jump through hoops to get them to buy it back and loose money but not them. I met Ricki and Nate in the lobby,told them the new car my husband wanted and they immediately went to work making it happen. Throughout the entire process they kept us informed and finished all the paperwork in a timely process to get us back on the road. We actually ended up trading in my truck as well and again Ricki went above and beyond noticing the pre-owned I picked out had tires a bit worn and had them put on 4 brand new tires at no additional cost. We were back and forth to their dealership about 4 times over the past 10 days between everything and every time they took our vehicles while we waited and filled them up with gas. I can't express how amazing these guys were. My husband and I are now both in new Jeep Wagoneers and couldn't be happier!

**Update as of 06/18-- The manager Steve replaced both broken visors and my main console computer. I wasnt made to pay anything. I do appreciate him fixing this and making this right. I've increased the review by a star.*** I bought a Jeep Gladiator a few days ago. Its a nice vehicle but make sure to look at the cars yourself. My advice before you sign papers: 1)Make sure the key your given actually has a physical key so you can lock your doors, not just an aftermarket key fob. I asked about a physical key 3 times, before they even looked at the fob. Then realized they didnt have a key to the locks on the jeep. 2) Inspect the inside and move/open everything. The jeep we got had a broken visor. They didn't know about.3) Make sure all the features on your model are present. Mine is missing the $450 Bluetooth speaker that goes behind the passenger seat and a car jack. The salesperson had no idea this was even a feature on my vehicle. Even when pointed out, I was ignored. Finally and most importantly Check the price online. They tried to sell me this car for 3K over thier listed online price. When pointed out I was able to get it lowered to yhe exact online price, but didn't get the "unlocked price." I did get a key paid for by JT, but I had to run around and do the leg work. They are going to fix the inside (ordering a part) but I had to continue to fuss about it before they decided to fix it. The speaker is most likely something ill have to replace at this point...I mean if im paying sticker price it should at least be fixed and have all the features, in my opinion. If I could redo this I would have just gone to NC and got my preferred jeep with the Manuel transmission vs this one. I have excellent credit and put 3k cash down. It makes me wonder how others are treated. Update. Had to make a 3rd trip up to the dealership. Check engine lights are on and my parts were Never ordered. Was told my visors are totally fine.....I ended up having to leave my car and have my husband pick me up. They said they cant buy it back and no offer was made to put me in another car. Also even after I had called to discuss this matter, no one ever called me back from the dealership. Sadly had to get spicy to talk to someone in management. I've been assured they will try to make this right. We will see...

I had a great experience at JT's Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Lexington. It was very easy to schedule my service appointment, and they were even able to get me in earlier than my scheduled time. The entire visit was efficient, with a wait time of less than an hour. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. It's refreshing to find a dealership that values both your time and your business.
