My advisor, Antoine (misspelled), was great. His calming spirit was very appreciated thought mishap I had with the technician after my service. A complimentary tire rotation was completed and caused hard left pull while driving. This made an inconvenience with returning back to the service center.

The service went well. They gave me updates on needed services. My appt was at 9:30 but didnt get out of there until after 12. Not sure why it took so long for an oil change.

The team did a nice job at JT’s as we purchased my wife a new car. Rashad, our product specialist, was patient, welcoming and not pushy at all. This goes a very long way in the car buying experience.

This weekend I went over to JTs and met with Ricki to check out some new to me vehicles. I shared my needs and wants and he listened carefully. With that information he was able to help me narrow down what I wanted and I ended up in a Jeep Gladiator! This process went well and I am so thankful for his help and the others at JTs in Lexington. Y’all made my car buying experience go smoothly! Ricki also helped me get my things from my trade in and transfer them over to my new vehicle.
