• Engine: Full protection for the engine block, cylinder heads, pistons, crankshaft, camshafts, and timing gears. This comprehensive coverage ensures that all critical, internally lubricated parts are shielded from the unexpected.
• Transmission / Transaxle / Transfer Case: Whether you drive a manual or automatic, we’ve got you covered. From the transmission case to all internal parts like gears, oil pumps, and solenoids, we ensure your vehicle shifts smoothly for years to come.
• Drive Axle: We provide full coverage for your drivetrain, including the axle housing, ring and pinion gears, CV joints, and U-joints. No matter the terrain, your power delivery is protected.

How to Make a Claim

If you need to utilize your Million Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty, we’ve made the process straightforward. To ensure your repairs are covered, please follow these steps:

• Visit Us: Simply return your vehicle to any JTs Automotive Group service department.
• Contact Our Administrator: If you are away from home, contact our authorized administrator, FWS, at 1.800.327.5172.
• Get Authorization First: You must contact us or the administrator and receive authorization before any repairs are started.

Please Note: To ensure your claim is processed successfully, it is essential to follow the provided instructions and obtain approval prior to repair. Failure to do so may result in the denial of your claim.

The Details: Understanding Your Coverage

To ensure your Million Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty remains in effect, please take a moment to review these important guidelines:

• Non-Transferable: This exclusive benefit is designed for you. The warranty remains valid as long as you own the vehicle and expires if the vehicle is sold, traded, or declared a total loss.
• Deductible: A $100 deductible applies to each covered repair visit. However, if a covered part that was previously repaired under this warranty fails again, the deductible may be waived.
• Coverage Limits: Total benefits for a single repair visit will not exceed the vehicle's actual cash value at the time of repair. The total aggregate of all benefits paid during the warranty term will not exceed the original purchase price of the vehicle.

Maintenance Requirements

Proper care is the key to longevity. To keep your warranty active, you must follow the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule and adhere to the following:

• Follow the Manual: Your vehicle must receive all scheduled maintenance exactly as outlined in your manufacturer’s Owner’s Manual.
• Keep Your Records: You are required to retain all copies of maintenance and repair orders. These must include your name, the date, the VIN, your vehicle’s mileage, and a detailed description of the services performed.
• Proof of Service: In the event of a claim, you may be asked to provide proof of all completed maintenance. Failure to provide this documentation will void the warranty. To support coverage eligibility, maintenance should be performed and documented according to recommendations. Having service completed at JTs Automotive can simplify this process, as service records are automatically kept on file.
• Monitor Your Gauges: It is your responsibility to ensure that all warning lights (oil, temperature, etc.) and gauges are functioning correctly and that you respond to any warning signs immediately.

Exclusions

This warranty is specifically for powertrain protection and does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or environmental damage. Other exclusions include:

• Any part not specifically listed under "Powertrain Coverage."
• Breakdowns caused by vehicle alterations, misuse, abuse, or the failure of non-covered parts.
• Damages resulting from overheating, contamination, or a lack of proper coolants and lubricants.
